2019 Chrysler 30 in Velvet Red | 495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge RamThe Chrysler 300 is a large sedan with a classic style and modern look. The engine in the 300 makes a nice low rumble, but once inside, you’d never know it. This vehicle does an excellent job of shutting out outside noise and smoothing out any bumps in the road. The 2019 model carries over from 2018 without any significant changes, and here is what you need to know about this modern American classic.

The Model Lineup

Chrysler offers the 300 in four different trim levels. The Touring model starts things off with 17-inch wheels for the rear-wheel drive and 19-inch wheels if you opt for all-wheel drive. It also has heated side mirrors and keyless entry. The 300S is the sporty model and comes with a sport-tuned suspension in rear-wheel drive models, LED fog lights, and performance tires.

The 300 Limited adds some creature comforts in the cabin, while the 300C adds 20-inch wheels and xenon headlights. All the 300 models offer the option for a panoramic sunroof and a power rear sunshade.

The Power

The Chrysler 300 offers two engine options. The first is a 3.2-liter V-6 with 292 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque, and if you choose the 300S with this engine, it bumps up the horsepower to 300. The eight-speed automatic transmission shifts smoothly through the gears and works with rear-wheel drive, with all-wheel drive offered as an option.

A 5.7-liter V-8 engine is available for the 300S and comes standard with the 300C. This powertrain develops 363 horsepower and 394 pound-feet of torque and comes only with rear-wheel drive.

Chrysler 300 Cabin Features

This large sedan is roomy and comfortable, and it comes standard with many extras to make your ride convenient. If you bump up to the Limited for 300C, you can get a power-adjustable and heated steering wheel, heated and cooled front cupholders, and driver’s seat memory settings. Heated and cooled front seats help to keep both the driver and front passenger comfortable while the paddle shifters in the 300S and 300C give it a sportscar-like feel. A leather-wrapped steering wheel feels luxurious while you drive, and the leather upholstery in the higher trims adds to the overall upscale feel in the cabin.

Technology includes a standard 8.4-inch touch screen display, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto, two USB ports, and satellite radio. Optional extras include a navigation system, and an upgraded Alpine stereo or a premium 19-speaker Harman Kardon stereo.

Safety Features

All the 300 models come standard with a rearview camera, and all but the base Touring model offer the option for the Safety Tech Plus Package for some advanced safety features. This package comes with both front and rear parking sensors, automatic windshield wipers, automatic high beams, and adaptive cruise control. It also adds forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, and a lane keep assist system with a lane departure warning indicator.

The 2019 Chrysler 300 has a classic style with a modern look and feel. It comes with the latest technology and offers a smooth and comfortable ride.
