 The next generation of the Ram 1500 kicks off with an almost all-new powertrain lineup. We say almost because the Pentastar 3.6L V6 continues to kick off the lineup with 305 horsepower, 269 lb-ft of torque, and an 8,100-pound towing capacity. That is where the similarities come to an end. The first new powertrain is dubbed Hurricane 6 and features a twin-turbocharged 3.0L inline six-cylinder engine. This comes as a replacement for the previous generation's 5.7L HEMI V8, which provided 395 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque. Meanwhile, the standard-output variant of the new Hurricane 6 engine lays down a hefty 420 horsepower and 469 lb-ft of torque, while the smaller displacement allows it to run more efficiently. The Hurricane 6 also comes in a high-output variant, standard in the Limited and Tungsten trim, which pumps out an impressive 540 horsepower and 520 lb-ft of torque. Finally, the all-new Ram 1500 Ramcharger is the brand's first-ever plug-in hybrid, featuring a 3.6L V6, an onboard generator, two electric motors, and a rechargeable battery pack for a mind-boggling 663 horsepower, 615 lb-ft of torque, and up to 690 miles of total driving range. 

 In 2025, the Ram 1500 lineup receives a long list of upgrades, bringing it to new heights of performance, style, comfort, and convenience. While the performance box is checked by the engine lineup below, the style begins on the outside with an upgraded front fascia. Ram introduces a new fascia that creates a more commanding road presence with an enlarged, forward-leaning grille and reshaped headlights. Within the slimmer, more modern, and aggressive headlight housings are newly standard LED lamps. Inside, the 2025 model year introduces newly available color schemes throughout the lineup, like available Diesel Gray in the Big Horn, Bison Brown/Sea Salt Gray for the Laramie, Red ombre seat trim for the Rebel, and Black Ebony open pore real wood dash trim on the Limited. Ram also removes the previous generation's standard 5-inch touchscreen, replacing it with the 8.4-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen which was only standard for the higher trim levels for the last generation. Speaking of touchscreens, the 2025 Ram 1500 has an available 50 inches of display screen. This is achieved on the Tungsten trim, with its 14.5-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen, a 12-inch fully-digital gauge cluster, a 10.25-inch front passenger co-piloting display, head-up display, and digital rearview mirror. The new available front passenger touchscreen gives the co-pilot access to vehicle cameras, navigation, and entertainment features, among other features. The Tungsten trim has a wide array of standard features, easily claiming the title of the most luxurious truck in its class. 

 The 2025 model year brings out an all-new Ram 1500 trim level named Tungsten. While the Ram 1500's Limited trim has been seen as the pinnacle of luxury trucks, the all-new Tungsten trim takes the crown in 2025. While a unique grille, exclusive 22-inch alloy wheels, premium LED lighting, RamBox external storage, and a multifunction tailgate come standard on the Tungsten's exterior, inside is where you'll see the most impressive luxury upgrades. The front seats, for example, are 24-way power-adjustable, heated, cooled, and massaging. Meanwhile, the upholstery throughout features quilted Natura Plus leather upholstery. The cabin features an exclusive Sea Salt Gray/Indigo color scheme. In addition to the cabin's numerous digital display screens, the Tungsten trim also features exclusive details that command a second look, including a metal pedal kit, exclusive dual wireless chargers, a Klipsch Reference Premier audio system with 23 speakers, platinum/semi-bright metal accents, a suede-wrapped headliner, aluminum litho bezels, and a crystal-effect shifter center cap.
