How Does Factory Ordering Work
A 'Factory Order' is a vehicle custom-built by the manufacturer to your exact specifications, delivered to 495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and then handed over to you. Here’s how the process works:
First, your sales consultant will ask you a few questions to better understand your needs and
preferences, guiding you toward the best options. You can get started by using the manufacturer’s
online build tools, which let you explore all available features and configurations. Once your
selection is complete, you’ll receive a clear, upfront quote showing our 495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram
pricing alongside the vehicle's MSRP.
Your Order Specialist will stay in touch with you by phone and email to ensure you have a clear
understanding of the process and that your vehicle specifications are met. In some cases, it may
require reviewing multiple quotes and comparisons to explore all available options, but our team is
committed to making the experience as straightforward and seamless as possible.
- The entire process of committing to your order can be completed virtually, including signing paperwork, confirming your build specifications, and reviewing all necessary disclosures.
- Your order will be finalized with e-signatures and a wire transfer, officially starting the build process.
- A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to secure your factory order and ensure your custom vehicle is reserved.
Once your vehicle has begun the build process and is assigned a VIN number, we will let you know! Throughout the build process, both you and your Sales Consultant can monitor your vehicle’s progress online. Our team will provide you with an estimated build date and keep you updated along the way. Typically, vehicle builds take between 12-16 weeks, which is the average timeframe we see for most orders.
When your vehicle reaches its final stop before arriving at 495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, one of our Sales Managers will reach out to notify you. At this stage, your vehicle is typically 10-14 days away from delivery to our dealership. During this time, there are a few steps we can begin working on to prepare for your vehicle's arrival:
You'll have the opportunity to review the details of your trade-in, if applicable. Next, a Finance Manager will contact you to schedule a virtual meeting, where you'll go over the final paperwork, including loan options, warranties, and any additional financial products that may interest you.
When your vehicle arrives, our Delivery Specialist Team will prepare it for you. This includes activating features, topping off air, gas, and fluids, and conducting a thorough safety and quality inspection to ensure it is in perfect condition and ready for delivery. We take every measure to make sure your new vehicle is ready to enjoy the moment you receive it.
