2017 Dodge Challenger Earns "Five-Star" Overall Safety Rating

The 2017 Dodge Challenger received a five-star overall safety rating in the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) vehicle-evaluation program.

With more than 70 available safety and security features and a body structure made of high-strength steel, the 2017 Dodge Challenger earned the highest safety rating in NHTSA's vehicle-evaluation program after two simulated collisions. The Jeep brand has turned to off-road enthusiasts around the world to tell their story as they celebrate the unique adventures, passions, and fun Jeep vehicles have brought to their drivers. The digital and social campaign aptly named "My Jeep Story" will highlight key moments in Jeep history from the last 75 years. The campaign will also look to what is in store for the Jeep brand in the coming years. Each month will feature specialized "Story Sessions" ranging from favorite canine moments to military appreciation.

Mopar & Dodge Partner for Third Year of Safe Driving Program

The Mopar and Dodge brands have partnered for the third year to offer the "Mopar Road Ready Powered by Dodge" safe driving classes for teenagers and their parents. The program focuses on safe and defensive driving techniques with both classroom sessions and hands-on training.

The third year of the "Mopar Road Ready Powered by Dodge" teen driving course kicks off this October in Metro Detroit, MI. The course has already taught nearly 2,700 teens and their parents the importance of staying safe and responsible behind the wheel. Classroom topics include proper seat positioning, hand positioning and basic vehicle dynamics, while hands-on experience in accident avoidance, panic stop, and distraction is provided.

The cinematic advertisements depicting the creation of Dodge are back, featuring four new ads directed by Academy Award-winning actor Adrien Brody. These ads will continue to focus on the Dodge Brother's passion for making new cars. John and Horace Dodge's vision for the future still drives the Dodge brand forward today, as evident by the innovation behind the 2015 Dodge Dart, Durango, Challenger and Charger vehicles.
